We offer a collection of services and managed services tailored for small to medium-sized businesses.
2. Payment Terms
All invoices are due
NET 15 days from the invoice date.
Accepted payment methods include:
- ACH transfer (Preferred)
- Check (Preferred)
- Cash (Preferred)
- Credit Card
Please note: Payments made by
credit card will incur a processing fee, which will be passed through to the customer.
We encourage clients to pay by ACH, check, or cash to avoid additional charges.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to service suspension until payment is received.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information necessary to deliver our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your accounts, passwords, and data.
4. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid in full upon termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and designs provided by us remain the property of Spark Managed Web unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
